The Christian Bale Workout is about putting on muscle fast. For Batman Begins, Christian Bale put on 100 lbs in just under 6 months. Pretty impressive. How’d he do it? What are the Christian Bale Workout secrets? What was the Christian Bale Workout? This post will answer all your questions and more.

Humans are classified into three body types, the ectomorphs, the mesomorphs, and the endomoprhs. Endomorphs have round and soft bodies, with much of their mass around the abdominal area. They have underdeveloped muscles, with an extremely difficult time losing weight, but have the capacity to gain muscle easily. Mesomorphs are the most balanced of the three. They are hourglass shaped, with good muscle mass, excellent posture, and tend to gain muscle very easily. Ectomorphs, on the other hand, have the hardest time gaining muscle. They are flat chested, fragile, and are often called hard gainers because of their difficulty gaining weight.

Ectomorphs receive tons of advice from people who have no idea what they’re saying. If you’re thin and you’re at wits end with trying out useless exercise routines you’ve heard from people, you have to think again. 95% of hard gainers don’t know what they’re doing with their work out routines. Don’t be a part of this percentage and learn about the Christian Bale workout.

How the Christian Bale Workout Came About

If you’ve seen Christian Bale at the Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, then you’ve seen him at the peak of his muscle building, but if you’ve never seen The Machinist or The Fighter, then you’re in for a surprise. In the Machinist, Christian had to play a chronic insomniac, and to fit the role, he had to lose weight, and not just any amount of weight, but a drastic amount of weight. In the movie, Christian is nothing but 54 kilograms of skin and bones.

Before you understand the mechanics of the Christian Bale workout, you first need to know about Christian Bale himself. Christian Bale is a master of reinventing his body. Hes a proud ectomorph, but when the role calls for it, he can bulk up and gain weight as fast as a speeding bullet. To accept the role for Batman Begins, Christian had to undergo a strict exercise regimen that follows a specific set of rules. In order for an ectomorph to gain muscle mass, he has to veer away from the traditional methods of muscle building and follow a routine created specifically for him.

Christian Bale also focused on specific body parts. He says that he works out mostly the upper body, but still makes sure his gluteus and lower body are gaining muscle to match the upper body. Christian’s chest exercises often range from 8-12 reps. But Christian also ensures he gets enough exercise for his arms and shoulders. Shoulders allow one to appear visibly larger when clothed. He then continued this with each progressive muscle group from as large as the quadriceps down to the biceps.

The Christian Bale workout is no joke, but a serious workout regimen that gets results. He dedicates a lot of time and effort to gaining these results. In fact, he also works out 6 times a week, and sometimes 7. However, there are shortcuts that will give you the same results if you know how to optimize your muscle growth.

However, there is a shortcut to achieve all these results. Learn about this by watching this video that will save you a ton of time and money on wasted hours in the gym and supplements you don’t need.
